Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Please check our current promotions for details.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time and shipping fees. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
HomeBasics Mart is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected by any delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HomeBasics Mart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.
